YOGA RETREAT

March 31 - April 3, 2023

Join Giana and Bradshaw for a weekend in Sedona, Arizona. We will be staying at Sky Castle, a house with spectacular views of the Red Rocks. This house is an architectural masterpiece with skylights tracking the moon, a library, window seating, covered porches capturing the epic views, and a patio built for stargazing. We will practice yoga twice daily, have a private chef cook delicious meals, gaze at the stars, hike Cathedral Rock and Airport Mesa, Meditate in the Vortex, visit Tlaquepaque village, enjoy the hot tub, walk to nearby swimming holes and more.

This trip is a great opportunity to dive deeply into a practice of self-care and renewal, to connect with yourself and your spirit guides more deeply, to meet new like minded people, and laugh the days away in good company.
