It is a place where we can dig deeper into the practice and yoga teachings to reach experiences beyond your regular mixed-level public yoga class.

 

I aim to help you build a deeper understanding of your practice, your bodies unique needs, and  find autonomy in your movement. I see It as a journey of exploration, physicality, catharsis, and of course, growth.

I offer different memberships for students, teachers, and a Mentorship program. And I look forward to building a community of yoga practitioners looking to dig deeper into their practice, together, to learn and grow alongside me.
