This program takes six months to complete and certify as a 500-hour Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.

Program Overview
In-Person Module (April 10-24, 2026)- CHICAGO

This module includes 150 Hours of in-person training led by Bradshaw and Giana. This trip will focus on the physical portion of the program and dive deeper into anatomy and sequencing. It is a great way to advance your practice, dive deeper into anatomy and sequencing, and meet like-minded others.
